Istanbul Considered for Russia, Ukraine, US Talks
Addressing reporters in Moscow, Peskov mentioned that all parties involved in the Ukraine talks have a favorable view of Istanbul as a venue, making it a potential location for continued consultations in the Turkish city.
"Of course, the Istanbul option exists, and all parties have a very positive attitude towards it," he emphasized.
Peskov also expressed gratitude to the UAE leadership for their support in facilitating earlier rounds of negotiations and for fostering a constructive environment.
"Of course, everyone highly appreciates the atmosphere that the Emirati authorities created for these trilateral negotiations, and everyone remains grateful to the leadership of the United Arab Emirates for their assistance in organizing the negotiation process," he added.
Regarding the recent Internet disruptions in Russia, Peskov affirmed that they would persist "as long as necessary" to guarantee "safety."
